Honeycomb syrup is the perfect pair with citrus based cocktail and not forgetting hot coffee lattes
Honeycomb Tea • 20 ml MONIN Honeycomb syrup • 20 ml MONIN Ceylon Tea concentrate • top hot water • 3 slice of ginger • 2 lemon Combine ingredients in a glass. Stir well. Serve. Honeycomb Iced Latte • 20 ml MONIN Honeycomb syrup • 90 ml milk • 1 shot espresso Combine all the ingredients into a serving glass. Fill glass with ice. Add cold milk, leaving room for espresso. Float fresh espresso. Serve. Bee Hive • 20 ml MONIN Honeycomb syrup • 15 ml MONIN Pandan syrup • 120 ml milk • 50 ml pineapple juice • 10 ml lemon juice • splash of soda water Combine all ingredients in a glass filled with crushed ice. Stir and serve with a straw. Serve The Bramble Bee • 20 ml MONIN Honeycomb syrup • 15 ml MONIN Le Fruit de MONIN • 10 ml lemon juice • 50 ml orange juice • 100 ml soda water Combine ingredients except soda water in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a glass. Top with soda water. Serve.
