Originating from Japan, Iowa premium beef is a crossbread of the Japanese Wagyu & Angus Cattle. This beef is known for its distinctive marbling. This marbling gives it its succulent flavor and tenderness. The diet consists of a mix of corn, alfalfa, barley, and wheat straw. Often it is considered the butter knife beef because of its juicy tenderness.
