Cheese made from raw milk of Manchego sheep. The Manchego is produced in the La Mancha region of Spain. It is aged for 7 months with a caramel and nutty flavour.
Spanish cheeses can be eaten as a tapas or as a dessert, but most generally do well with savory food pairings. Serve with olives, slow-roasted tomatoes, melted red peppers or honey.
Ingredients: Raw sheep milk, lactic ferments, rennet, lysozyme (egg derived) antibutricas salts, calcium chloride and salt.
