Parboiled Basmati Long Grain Low G.I. rice made using special cultivars and scientific knowledge to create the perfect grain
Thoroughly rinse 1 cup of rice and soak for 30-45 minutes in lukewarm water. Add the soaked rice and salt to 2.5-3 cups of boiling water. Cook on medium heat until the rice absorbs the water. Cover lid tightly and remove the pan from fire. Wait for 10-15 minutes and serve. Note: if cooked rice is too hard then use more water.
Microwave oven: place 1 cup of soaked basmati rice in a deep microwave container, add 2.5-3 cups of water with salt. Cover container loosely with microwave cling film and cook medium for 10-15 minutes
