Cooking Methods
Open Pan: bring a large pan of water to boil. Add the rice, stir, return to a medium boil and cook uncovered for 10-12 minutes. Drain and rinse

Covered Pan: Put measured rice amd cold water into a heavy based pan. Bring to boil, stir, cover and turn down the heat to simmer for 10-12 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it simmer with lid on, till each grain is well cooked
