Raised in the cold, clean Norwegian fjords and coastal seawaters, the hand-selected sashimi-grade fillets are first dry salted with a mixture of salt and sugar, then friction-smoked with local black alderwood. Thin, firm slices that melt in your mouth; not too smoky, not too salty.

Experiment with filling flavours by combining your smoked salmon foundation with matching ingredients like dill, capers, cream and red onion. Serve with crispy salad and try adding wholegrain mustard, horseradish or lemon juice and black pepper
