Lettuce Leaves Salad with Chicken Breast, Strawberries, Parmesan Cheese, Walnuts and Honey Ingredients
4 cans of Nobles Chicken Breast in Brine. 1 bag of Mesclun lettuce mixes. Pansy flowers. 8 strawberries. 80 g. grated parmesan. 1 TS honey. Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 80 g. peeled walnuts
Preparation 1) Place the Nobles Chicken Breast in the middle of a nice presentation plate. 2) Garnish the breast with the lettuce leaves, sliced strawberries, Parmesan cheese and flowers. 3) Add salt and oil, and finally place the honey around the salad.
