Ginger n’ Peach Paradise Ingredients: 4 ounces Fre® Alcohol–Removed Chardonnay 1/2 ounce ginger simple syrup* 1 ounce peach nectar 1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice Sprig of mint
Directions: Pour all ingredients, except nutmeg, into a mixing glass, with ice. Stir, then strain into white wine glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint. * Bring 1 cup of water, 2 cups of sugar and a 1” long piece of peeled fresh ginger to a boil, then reduce temperature and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool, and refrigerate.
